The site was built by seven colour-coded agents plus one adversary. Each has a scope.

GREEN supervises. Routes work; never executes domain work. Watches the STATUS files that every agent writes.

RED wrote the brand, the copy, and this site. Rebrandable at any time.

BLUE ran the build side: fleet benchmark harness, the hero film assembly, the audio pipeline.

PURPLE does long-context work — whole-repo reviews, long-document audits — with a different model to widen the failure surface.

YELLOW is canary and QA. Smoke tests, adversarial probes, defect logs.

PINK handles compliance and hardening across the fleet.

ORANGE is the group legal department for every entity in the tree.

BLACK is the adversary. Deliberately a different model — so it doesn't share the fleet's blind spots. Its full-time job is to argue with the rest of the fleet's work.

ARGUE-GATE. Every piece of public copy on this site passed through BLACK's argue-cycle before it shipped. A claim survives only if it can be defended by iterative "why?" — in a voice I would actually use. If a claim couldn't defend itself, it went back to be rewritten. Then rewritten again.

Overlap Protocol. For material decisions, more than one model has to agree — across providers, not across siblings. Agreement from the same blind spot is cheap.

What actually happened to ship the version you are reading:

Imagery. 25 stills generated by an editorial-photography model — background textures, three pillar subjects with variants for coherence, a classical bust set for reference, four fleet-diagram treatments, hazard dividers. One portrait of me was color-graded locally rather than re-generated, because likeness beat aesthetic.

Hero film. 11 shots produced through a two-stage pipeline: text-to-still, then still-to-video. Assembled with music-ducking and my cloned voice reading two lines. Three shots required rescue after server-side timeouts — the stills were preserved so the video stage could be re-run without spending image credits twice.

Copy. Seven pieces of substantive text were submitted to BLACK. All seven were rejected as salvageable — each with a proposed narrower argument. RED merged BLACK's tighter claims with the manifesto register so the copy still hits without overreaching. That's the text you just read on the pillar pages.

Deploy. Cloudflare Pages. Every file on the live site is derived from a folder a reviewer can inspect end to end.

The fleet benchmark hasn't executed. When it does, the results appear on the Tools tab. Until then, no win claims about the architecture — just the argument for why it was chosen.

A live-execution replay was proposed by an external observer. It's not built yet. When it is, the site earns the "watch the machine think" claim rather than assert it.

Every audio explanation on the pillar pages will use the same cloned voice as the hero film. Scripts go through the same gate as the copy. That's next.
